The AccuSort 200 by Accutek is a high-speed bottle orientator designed for longevity and reliable operation. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel and aluminum, it features user-friendly controls and variable speed settings. Capable of handling bottle sizes from 1 oz. to 1 gallon, and shapes including round, square, and oval, the AccuSort 200 can adjust quickly with minimal downtime. Bottles are poured into an independent bulk supply hopper, distributed into a rotary pre-feeder bowl, and then oriented upright onto a conveyor. This system can manage up to 300 containers per minute, using a bottle backup sensor to pause the orientator if container flow is halted. The compact design allows easy integration into existing bottling lines.
