Built on proven high shear mixing technologies, this system rapidly fluidizes and disperses powders, including hydrocolloids, into liquids, ensuring homogeneity and reducing process time. The integrated stator/rotor applies substantial shear force, minimizing the risk of undissolved powder lumps, phase separation, and fouling in downstream equipment. Features such as a specially designed injector and a venturi-based effect enable high-volume powder handling without blockages. The use of Computational Fluid Dynamics ensures optimum flow patterns, enhancing process insight and reducing risk. Suitable for a variety of applications, the GEA INLINE FORMULA® Powder Dissolver accommodates the production of up to 3.6-4.5T/h of fluidized powder with up to 50% total solids (TS). Additionally, options for clean-in-place (CIP) and components made from stainless steel ensure compliance with hygienic design standards.
