High-pressure autoclaves for research and production
When conducting research or developing products, precise control of temperature and pressure can be essential in achieving desired results. Certain processes require equipment that can handle high-pressure and high-temperature environments to ensure material properties are adequately tested or developed.

Control high pressure and temperature environments
The high-pressure autoclaves by Zirbus are designed for various applications, including research and production. These autoclaves are built individually according to user requirements and can operate at pressures up to 20 bar and temperatures up to 250°C. Available in horizontal or vertical configurations, they feature chamber dimensions ranging from 300 mm to 1,400 mm and volumes between 60 to 5,000 liters. Constructed entirely in Germany, the autoclaves are made with high-grade stainless steel (1.4571/AI.Si 316 or 1.4404/AI.Si 316L) ensuring durability and compliance with safety standards (2014/68/EU & AD2000). The systems can include options like heating, stirrers, and complete control systems for customization based on specific needs. Applications extend to fields such as product development in the food industry, touchscreen lamination, and quality control aging tests. The HDA 1200-5-150 model features a steam generator and integrated steam accumulator for quick heating at a maximum temperature of 150°C and pressure of 6 bar.
