The Sterilizer POSEIDON TCMA by Tropical Food Machinery offers a solution for high-pressure aseptic sterilization of tomato pulp or concentrate, intended for aseptic packaging. With its 4 concentric tubes, the system allows internal and external thermal action on the product circulation section, ensuring a homogeneous and constant treatment. Capable of achieving pressures higher than 100 bar, it is optimal for products with non-homogeneous consistency such as tomato paste. The fully automated system is constructed with AISI 316 stainless steel for parts in contact with the product. The sterilizer supports work capacities from 1,000 kg/h to 10,000 kg/h and can handle inlet temperatures above 50 °C, with maximum sterilization temperatures exceeding 110 °C. Utilizing a steam-powered superheated water circuit for heat treatment with a holding time of up to 60 seconds, the system effectively cools the product to 30 °C using mains and chilled water circuits.
