The Slicer 804 by Weber Maschinenbau Germany is a versatile slicing system designed for a range of meat processing applications. This system features an involute blade that operates at speeds of up to 2,000 rpm, facilitating high-speed slicing of products up to 1,700 mm in length. The automatic central loading system allows for quick product changeovers, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. The blade head includes an idle cut function, enabling the creation of various slice thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 50 mm. The slicer accommodates a product throat width of 400 mm and height of 180 mm, making it capable of processing up to four 95 caliber products or three 120 x 120 products at once. Additional features include a program-controlled adjustable product clearance height and width. The Weber hygienic design ensures ease of cleaning and compliance with food safety standards.
