The CTE PLUS series by Coperion is designed to deliver high-quality compounding with an attractive cost/performance ratio. This extruder series is equipped with a newly engineered gearbox by Coperion Stuttgart, Germany, which provides a specific torque of 7.2 Nm/cm³, ensuring reliability and longer operational life. The extruders feature a modular design, closely intermeshing co-rotation twin screws, and a new base frame for higher stiffness. Various downstream equipment options are available to suit different application requirements. Each system undergoes a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at the Coperion Nanjing site to ensure adherence to high quality standards. Optional TÜV CE certification is available for this series.
