With upward conveying heights of 1200 and 1600 mm, it is equipped with a touch screen that controls the deduster, metal detector, and diverter functions. Operating at noise levels under 68 dB, it features an acceleration sensor that ensures constant vibration regardless of the tablet load, and a patented vibration-free housing design. The helix within the deduster includes efficient washing nozzles for low water consumption and easy disassembly without tools. The KD7075A meets stringent OEB5 containment levels and is ATEX-certified for explosion protection. Suitable for tablets and capsules ranging from small to large sizes, it provides reliable performance in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
