With an output capacity of up to 8,000 kg per hour, it handles products with a diameter of up to 220 mm, reducing the need for pre-cutting. The adjustable cutting speed in seven steps ensures optimal cut quality, accommodating product variability. This cutter offers a variety of inserts for making precise cuts, from very thin slices to fine cubes (brunoise). Its ergonomic design allows easy filling and quick tool changes, while being compact enough for integration into existing processing lines. The machine can be used with KRONEN blue spin baskets or equipped with conveyor belts for continuous processing, ensuring minimal spillage and safe operation.
