The Stillfill Evo by SIPA Solutions is a mechanical gravity filling system designed specifically for PET bottles. It supports both cold and hot filling of non-carbonated products, including those with pulp and fiber. Its valves, made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel, ensure high hygienic standards and easy sanitization. The system features a ‘no bottle, no fill’ mechanism and does not require electronics, reducing potential points of failure. The modular design allows for easy integration with other processes, such as an integrated blowing, filling, and capping solution found in the Sincro Bloc configuration. Furthermore, its quick changeover capabilities make it suitable for various bottle sizes, from 125 ml to 3,000 ml. The equipment can handle an output ranging from 4,800 to 60,000 bottles per hour, depending on the product and bottle size, making it an efficient choice for high-production environments.
