The fruit pulping system from Taizy Food Machinery is designed to efficiently produce juice from a variety of fruits and vegetables by effectively separating pulp, seeds, and skin. The equipment comes in two variations: single-pass and double-pass models. The single-pass model includes a cylindrical screen, scraper system, and adjustable components to ensure optimal separation based on specific fruit and vegetable characteristics. The double-pass model includes two series-connected pulping machines, providing an additional phase for finer pulping, ideal for high consistency juices. The system’s cylindrical screens, with hole sizes ranging from 0.4 to 1.5mm, are made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with food safety standards. Capacities range between 500 kg/h to higher, depending on the model chosen. Both systems are suitable for processing a wide array of fruits such as oranges, grapes, kiwis, and vegetables like tomatoes and celery.
