The 2000 EV series offers both fixed and removable bowls, with volumes from 170 to 330 liters, facilitating high-quality kneading across pastry and bakery products. It features a stainless-steel bowl and a roller bowl-driving system for smooth operations, equipped with Phébus or optional Rex arms for custom kneading solutions.
