Concentrates fruit juice with high pulp content
The TFF ZEUS Evaporators by Tropical Food Machinery are designed for the efficient concentration of both tropical and mild climate fruit juices. This includes pineapple, mango, passion fruit, apple, peach, and citrus. Using vacuum and forced circulation, the TFF ZEUS Evaporators can handle medium to high viscosity juices. The design ensures minimal loss of organoleptic qualities and high pulp content. They are configurable based on line capacity and can handle from 500 l/h to 50,000 l/h of evaporated water. The multi-effect system (double, triple, or quadruple) allows for energy-efficient operation by using evaporated product as a thermal agent in subsequent stages, reducing steam consumption. These evaporators are suitable for integration into existing production lines.
