Feeders for cork and synthetic cap orientation
In the beverage industry, achieving consistent orientation of cork and synthetic caps is critical for efficient bottling processes, especially at medium and high production rates. Without proper orientation, there can be significant downtime and product wastage.

Ensure precise cap orientation during production
The column frame feeders from Martini Costruzioni (Omnia Technologies) are engineered for precise orientation of cork and synthetic caps used in medium and high production bottling systems. These feeders employ an innovative and patented thrust system with a mechanical paddle that ensures both power and delicacy. Built with a robust stainless steel AISI 304 structure, the feeders have a hopper capacity of 350 liters and a loading height of 105 cm. With a production capacity ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 caps per hour, they feature components such as an independent conveyor, a rotating mechanical relay, and an excess production sensor. The feeders are designed to transport caps up to a distance of 25 meters for cork and 15 meters for synthetic caps, ensuring accurate delivery without format adjustments. Optional features include larger hoppers up to 1,400 liters, quick-discharge hoppers, reserve cap signaling, production variable inverter, and a pneumatic discharge system.
