The Crumblers HE by Ottevanger Milling Engineers are designed for breaking down feed pellets into smaller, more manageable sizes. Featuring two large independently driven 300 mm crumble rollers, these crumblers ensure minimal fines and maximum uniformity. The integrated rotating feeder guarantees even distribution of pellets to the rollers, which rotate at equal speeds in opposite directions to methodically cut the pellets. The crumblers also include a remote adjustment system, allowing for precise control over roller spacing during production. The housing and rotating feeder are manufactured from mild steel, while the rollers are made from durable hard cast iron. Safety features, such as die springs to protect against foreign objects and level indication, enhance reliability. The Crumblers HE series comes in various models to meet different capacity needs, ranging from 0 to 40 tons per hour.
