The DISPERMAT® SC4-EX dissolver by VMA-Getzmann is an explosion-proof production disperser designed for handling quantities from 30 to 600 liters. Certified to the ATEX protection class II 2G Ex h IIB T3 Gb, it ensures safety in potentially explosive atmospheres. The modular design allows the integration of various dispersing and fine grinding systems, including the TORUSMILL® TML100/250 Basket Mill, VH4 Vacuum Dispersion System, and SRH4 Rotor-Stator Dispersion System. The electric height-adjustable H4 compact stand facilitates easy operation, while the integrated safety features comply with the Directive 2006/42/EC. Suitable for diverse applications, it features a container capacity of up to 750 liters, power options between 15 – 22 kW, and advanced process control through C, SC, or PLC technologies.
