This system leverages water injection technology to facilitate the rapid flow of viscous materials at the suction head, reducing unloading time significantly. The smaller 66 mm diameter lance and hose design, nearly half the weight of traditional equipment, enhances manual handling ease and minimizes operator fatigue. A patented suction check valve ensures no backflow or accidental suction of drum inlays, maintaining high aspiration efficiency. The weight balancing system offers ergonomic benefits, allowing smooth and effortless manual positioning without requiring the drums to be tipped. The system operates at floor level, thereby preventing contaminants from entering the product during the unloading process. It’s suitable for a variety of liquid ingredients like fruit concentrates, oat slurries, juices, and flavors.
