It includes a grooved roller pair that pulls in fresh dough, applying increasing pressure through subsequent gauge roller pairs to achieve a uniform dough band. The rollers’ gaps, speed, and pressure are individually adjustable, providing precision and flexibility. The equipment supports dough band thicknesses starting at 6 mm, with optional working widths of 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 1600, and 1800 mm, making it versatile for different production needs.
