This specialized equipment mitigates the challenges of traditional resting methods by providing a controlled environment for dough to relax uniformly. Available in three models—TREST-260, TREST-350, and TREST-460—this solution serves a wide range of capacities with pocket capacities of 26, 34, and 46 respectively. The proofing time ranges from a minimum of 5-13 minutes, and it can handle weights between 70 to 1000 grams, making it versatile for various dough types. It operates on a 380V power supply, with power consumption rated at 1.1 kw, and has a capacity of over 2500 pieces. Each model’s dimensions and weight vary, ensuring compatibility with different operational needs and space constraints.
