The Double Storey Paddy Sieve from Ugur Makine is designed to clean and separate paddy and rice by removing foreign materials and impurities. The sieve system has two layers that allow thorough cleaning and separation. Dust and lightweight foreign materials are extracted through an aspirator system. The product moves over an eccentric vibrating screen, separating lighter and heavier particles at each stage. This equipment can also be adapted for other legumes by changing the sieve numbers. Suitable for pre-cleaning dry agricultural products, it’s available in two and four-layer configurations. The sieve provides double screening and air extraction, ensuring optimal cleaning performance.
