The DD Series Digital Doser System by AEC features a variable speed DC drive motor and dosing disc that accurately feeds pellet or powder additives into the processing machine’s throat at a predefined rate. Its precision design and closed-loop control system guarantee high accuracy and repeatability. The system allows easy material changeover by releasing two quick-connect clamps and removing the additive station. An optional spare station enables immediate changeover, reducing downtime and enhancing safety. Available in the DD2 configuration, this system supports dual additives at different rates, offering flexibility based on specific needs.
