The ZAS cyclone separator from Zeppelin Systems is designed for use in pneumatic conveyor systems, efficiently separating bulk materials from gas streams. Constructed from aluminum or stainless steel, it features a settling chamber with a deflector cone in the discharge area, offering excellent separation efficiency. The standard model supports overpressures up to 100 mbar (g), with special pressure vessel designs available. The maintenance-free operation is achieved due to the absence of rotating or wearing parts. The cyclone comes with various flange joints compliant with DIN 2501 PN10 and ANSI 150#, allowing for easy integration into existing systems. It handles product loads up to 6 kg of material per kg of conveying gas, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, from approximately 50 m3/h to 10,000 m3/h.
