Efficiently mix and coat frozen products

The Stolz Cryogenic Mixer is designed for frozen product manufacturers, particularly those dealing with vegetables and fruits. This equipment features a double rotor with blades, capable of mixing several products within 45 to 60 seconds, ensuring minimal product alteration as 70% of the mass is in suspension during mixing. For coating purposes, the mixer employs nitrogen injection to solidify liquid coatings and maintain desired temperatures. Coating can range from 1% to 25% of the mass, achieved through precise sauce and nitrogen injections. The design includes a PT 100 probe for temperature regulation, and a gas extractor to manage nitrogen safely. Furthermore, an electromagnetic vibrating device is used for evenly distributing spices if required.
