The Krones Linajet is a versatile crate washer designed to handle various crate sizes with its adaptive jetting unit system. This feature ensures a consistent jetting distance for different crate widths, resulting in optimal cleaning results. Available in five sizes (375-E, 500-E, 625-E, 750-E, and 875-E), the Linajet can achieve an output range of up to 4,500 packs per hour in single-lane operation. It offers modular design with optional heating, external crate blowing, and fume extraction systems at the infeed and discharge. The increased tank volume lowers pollutant loads, with the option for an integrated sand separation function. The system also incorporates the new Connected HMI touchscreen for straightforward operation. Ease of maintenance is ensured with doors on both sides, integrated manholes in the tank area, and access from above.
