Cookie arrangement system for packaging
In the production of cookies, organized product patterns are critical for seamless packaging operations. Variability in product types and shapes can pose significant challenges to this process.
Form rows and piles for packaging
The Cookiedozer, also known as Cookiebot, by Houdijk is a specialized system used for forming organized product patterns such as rows and lanes. These patterns are then fed into a horizontal forming plate and pusher setup. By pushing a row of products over and through the forming plate, it creates either a slug or a pile which is directly fed into the FLEX WRAP flowrapper. The functionality of the Cookiedozer is patented and designed to handle a variety of product types, sizes, shapes, and package configurations, including products on edge in a slug, in trays, or in cavity trays, and products in piles. This system ensures accurate and consistent loading of products, increasing efficiency and minimizing handling errors.
