The design ensures that baking air and flue gas do not interfere with each other, promoting an efficient baking environment. The Conny™ Convection Oven also features 2-meter preassembled sections, which minimize installation time, and offers belt widths ranging from 800 to 4000 mm. Constructed with corrosion-resistant CorTen steel for the interior and enameled or stainless steel for the exterior, it allows for easy cleaning and maintenance with hinged doors. This oven is ideal for industrial settings where energy savings and consistent product quality are critical.
