The Hordentrockner H01 compact from HARTER Drying Solutions is designed for product and process development, integrating a drying chamber and Airgenex® heat pump module into one compact unit. This setup allows for a variety of drying configurations, including single-layer or bulk drying up to 200 mm in height. The system accommodates capacities ranging from 30 to 70 kg per batch, with a variable and adjustable temperature range between 15°C and 75°C. The closed system ensures consistent drying independent of external climate conditions, delivering gentle drying to the desired residual moisture level. This produces high-quality results while maintaining the aroma, contents, taste, and appearance of the products.
