This flexibility makes the VCX Special particularly suited for handling a wide range of fruits and vegetables, including apples, pears, destoned peaches, apricots, grapes, and various tropical fruits. The system supports an impressive capacity range from 800 kg/h to 32 t/h, making it suitable for both small and large-scale operations. The VCX Special ensures the retention of vitamins and nutrients by operating at room temperature, and it seamlessly integrates into both cold and hot packing processes for a variety of final products such as purees, baby foods, nectars, and jams.
