The Cleaning in Place (CIP) system by Blendtech provides efficient sanitation for fruit juices, nectars, soft drinks, syrups, and infusions. These systems can be manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic with or without PLC control. They are equipped with feeding and recovery pumps, thermostats, and manual or automatic valves. Heating options include electric, steam with alkaline solution, or external exchangers. The CIP system is configurable with 1 to 5 tanks ranging from 10 to 200 hectoliters in volume. This flexibility allows customization to meet specific hygiene and operational requirements.
