It begins with the citrus rasping machine, which removes oil-containing parts from the outer peel layer without needing pre-calibration of fruit size. Next, the citrus press efficiently extracts juice by cutting the fruit into two pieces and squeezing it out using adjustable, rotating rollers. The pomace is collected for easy disposal. Finally, the fruit juice finisher refines the juice, separating pulp, fibers, and seeds using different screen perforations and regulated counter pressure. The entire system, constructed from stainless steel, emphasizes ease of use, minimal maintenance, and quick cleaning.
