The Cheese Cutter PT IV / Basic by ALPMA Alpenland Maschinenbau GmbH is designed to handle the task of cutting large cheese blocks into smaller, manageable portions. This stand-alone unit accommodates cheese blocks up to 520 mm in length, 520 mm in width, and 250 mm in height. The system operates at a rate of up to 3 strokes per minute, effectively pushing the cheese through a cutting frame to create precise bars or portions. The operation is executed manually with a two-hand safety control that activates the cutting stroke, ensuring user safety. Once cut, the cheese bars or portions are transferred away via a discharge roller conveyor for easy collection.
