Once the lid is closed, the machine begins to spin at 550 RPM, an optimal speed for removing washing water without damaging the vegetables or losing their natural juices. This process ensures that both leafy greens and small quantities of heavier vegetables are dried efficiently. Key features include automatic operation upon lid closure and a break motor that halts operations immediately when the lid is opened. An optional electronic timer allows for preset operation times.
