Centrifugal hot oil filter for frying applications

In commercial frying operations, maintaining the quality of cooking oil is essential for ensuring product flavor and extending shelf life. However, continuous use leads to sediment buildup, often hindering efficiency and consistency.

Enhance oil quality with continuous filtration

The Stein MX-MicroMax® Series Centrifugal Hot Oil Filter by JBT is engineered for the continuous removal of coating sediment and other frying debris from a conveyorized frying system. This system is particularly effective for applications involving flour and homestyle coatings. The centrifugal filtration action filters down to single-digit micron levels, significantly reducing the buildup of free fatty acids and extending the usable life of the oil. With an all-stainless steel construction and an open frame design, the Stein MX-MicroMax® minimizes oil lost in the discharged sediment. It includes infeed and discharge pumps and is designed for easy sanitation with one machine CIP hook-ups. The system is available in models capable of filtering 20-30 GPM or 30 GPM of oil, making it suitable for various scales of operation within the fruits & nuts, poultry, meat & seafood, and ready meals industries.
