The CDS Cart Drying System from Hoopman Equipment is designed for efficient drying of non-threshed corn ears and various small seed lots. This system accommodates up to 10 individual carts, each connecting to the main unit with an automatic closing valve. The integrated heating system (6 kW) and process fan (2.2 HP) are mounted on swivel wheels for added flexibility. Using a frequency controller, you can easily adjust the fan speed to regulate airflow, while the thyristor-regulated heating system ensures precise temperature control. This system is ideal for flexible and precise drying operations, reducing labor and improving drying consistency.
