The GEA DICAR-C is a carbonation system designed for continuous, high-accuracy carbonation of non-alcoholic beverages. It includes a CO2 saturator, carbonating tank, analyzing unit, and optional cooler. It ensures efficient CO2 dissolution with no loss during the process. Integrated with a GEA Venturi saturator, the system guarantees fine and homogeneous mixing of CO2. The DICAR-C system can be combined with GEA’s DICONĀ® in-line blending unit and the DIOX water deaerating unit to the DIMIX-C continuous mixer, creating a comprehensive solution for producing carbonated beverages. The GEA DICAR-C can also be configured as an aseptic system, employing sterile valves and filters to meet all aseptic processing requirements. This system is flexible and can also handle non-carbonated products, making it versatile for different production needs.
