The carbonation system by Easybrau-Velo (Omnia Technologies) is designed for continuous and high-accuracy carbonation of beer and other beverages. It allows for precise in-line CO2 dosing, ensuring complete and homogeneous dissolving of CO2. The system features a sanitary design with CIP capability, facilitating easy operation and low maintenance. Equipped with a process control system including a PLC and touch panel, it ensures fully automatic operation. Key components include an inline CO2-meter, circuit pressurization pump, pressure reducer, highly efficient CO2 injector, static mixer, and a saturating pipe section. Additionally, a flowmeter and buffer tank are included to ensure efficient feeding to bottling or kegging lines. This compact, skid-mounted tubular-frame system is customizable according to the client’s capacity and volume requirements.
