The PROSEAL 70 by ACG World is designed to efficiently seal two-piece hard capsules filled with various contents such as liquids, pellets, tablets, and combinations. What sets the PROSEAL 70 apart is its three-drum loading and orientation system ensuring smooth and efficient capsule loading. It features provision for both manual and automatic gelatine bath replenishment, offering flexibility in operation. The system also includes an option for automatic viscosity control and gelatine recycling, which allows for better in-process control and prevents gelatine wastage. Enhanced drying mechanisms are achieved through two blowers, one for suction and the other for discharge, improving airflow management and ensuring effective drying of capsule seals. The PROSEAL 70 can be integrated with FLUIDOCAP, providing a seamless solution for liquid filling and band sealing.
