The Cap Inspection + Fill Level Inspection system from Antares Vision combines two inspection modules, IT700 and CL700, in a single, modular solution. The IT700-IoT module inspects caps for correct application, detecting defects in various types of caps such as flat, tethered, and sport caps. The CL700-IoT module checks the fill level inside the bottle, removing non-compliant containers. This system utilizes advanced technologies like X-ray, Infrared, and High-frequency (with foam compensation) to inspect different types of liquids and packaging materials. Its compact design allows for a small footprint while offering comprehensive control via a single control panel.
