Efficiently conveys and feeds biomass into digesters
The TCB Bulk Biomass Conveying System from WAMGROUP is designed to streamline the process of feeding biomass into anaerobic digesters in biogas plants. The system includes a BFS Horizontal Screw Feeder, BVS Vertical Screw Conveyor, and BIS Injector Screw. The BFS Screw Feeder transfers the biomass from a mixer/hopper to the BVS Vertical Screw Conveyor, which then elevates it to an appropriate height for feeding into the BIS Injector Screw. The BIS Injector Screw completes the process by injecting the biomass into the digester below the liquid level, ensuring a continuous and effective feed. This modular system is made of resistant steel with extra-thick helicoid flighting and is compatible with most common mixers, making it versatile and reliable. The compact design ensures a small footprint and the system is easy to inspect and maintain.
