Bran finisher for flour milling

In flour milling, maximizing flour extraction while dealing with bran can be challenging. Striking the balance between extraction efficiency and high-quality end-product is vital, especially when processing common wheat, durum, and rye.

Increase flour yields and ease maintenance

The Bran Finisher MKLA, by Bühler, is designed to enhance flour yields by efficiently separating flour particles from bran. Utilizing slanted beater strips, it imparts an axial motion to the incoming grain stream, effectively removing flour from the bran. The vibratory action of the screen keeps its perforations clear, further increasing yields. Available in three models, users can select the appropriate screen size and throughput capacity, up to 1.8 tons per hour, or 3.6 tons per hour for the double model. It also features a spacious door, simplifying maintenance and screen changes. Optional synthetic screen frames offer added food safety.

Benefits

  • Enhanced flour yields from bran
  • Easy maintenance with wide door access
  • Various model options for different needs
