The Fillstar LXi, produced by GEA, is designed to fill both still and carbonated drinks while ensuring high standards of hygiene and dosing accuracy. The filler uses a magnetic flow meter to control dosing phases precisely. It maintains contact between the filling valve and bottles, allowing difficult products like carbonated soft drinks (CSD) to be filled at ambient temperature without reducing speed or necessitating chilling, thus conserving energy. The NeckFlex system provides swift changeovers for different container neck designs, and the automatic foaming system and optional HEPA filter help maintain hygiene. Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, the open design ensures easy access and maintenance, preventing product buildup. Automatic dummy bottle insertion and extraction for closed-loop CIP enhance cleaning efficiency.
