Efficiently transport biomass into digesters
The TCB Bulk Biomass Digester Feeding System from WAMGROUP is designed to efficiently handle the process of feeding bulk biomass into biogas digesters. This system includes the BFS Horizontal Screw Feeder, the BVS Vertical Screw Conveyor, and the BIS Injector Screw. The BFS Horizontal Screw Feeder transfers biomass from the mixer/hopper. The BVS Vertical Screw Conveyor lifts biomass to the appropriate height, and the BIS Injector Screw then injects it into the digester below the liquid level. Built with heavy-duty helicoid flighting and a load-bearing vertical screw conveyor structure, the TCB system ensures versatility, efficiency, and easy maintenance.
