The EASY.Carbomix by A Due is an automatic premix system designed for the in-line preparation of carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. This system handles water deaeration, syrup dosage, and carbon dioxide dosage with precise control, ensuring consistent product quality. Featuring mass flow meters, it continuously monitors and adjusts the Brix degree and CO2 content, providing feedback correction. With a production capacity ranging from 5,000 to 60,000 liters per hour, the system is equipped with software and a refractometer for precise Brix control, and a flowmeter for accurate CO2 measurements. It supports rapid product changeovers with minimal waste and is suitable for both carbonated and still beverages, including soft drinks, mineral water, and diet drinks.
