Easy to use triple roller mill for ointments and creams
The MPC Ointment Mill from Multigel is a small form-factor mill for fine trituration and homogenization of ointments, creams, pastes, gels and suspensions.
This mill has been designed specifically to reduce the particle size for increased product quality through better absorption into the skin.
The MPC has three specially-designed ceramic rollers made from aluminium oxide (Al2O3 99.7%). These provide fine trituration while being extremely easy to clean with non-abrasive detergent and alcohol.
To assist with compound placement and reduce wastage, two side guides are fitted on top of the rollers. Once passed through the rollers, the compound is removed by a scraper plate and falls down a collection chute. Multiple compound runs are possible until the desired level of trituration has been achieved.
