This advanced filler offers automatic start-up, uncapping, air vacuum, filling, nitrogen injection, capping, and expulsion. As the operator places the bag on the gripper claw, safety bars and detectors initiate the packaging cycle automatically. While the first head fills, the operator can load the second, ensuring seamless transitions and uninterrupted operation. The stainless steel structure, combined with state-of-the-art electronic and pneumatic components, ensures high reliability and performance. The system features a touch screen for user-friendly operation, safety bars, automatic start-up, and a centrifugal pump with flexible rotor.
