It addresses the instability of palletized loads by applying stretch film with the pallet remaining stationary, minimizing the risk of load falling. The system supports various pallet sizes, up to 2200×2200 mm. This solution features the patented CUBE Technology™ to control film pre-stretch and containment forces, optimizing film usage and providing consistent wrapping. The HELIX 3 EVO comes with a single motorized fixed pre-stretch carriage that can achieve up to 350% film pre-stretch, with up to 12 adjustable containment force levels. Additionally, the system includes options such as a hot plates sealer and a vertical pressure platen for enhanced load stability. It supports quick and flexible setup, tool-free part replacements, and maintenance-friendly design, ensuring minimal downtime.
