Automatic meat ball and fish ball forming solution

In food production, creating uniform and well-textured meatballs or fish balls can be labor-intensive and inconsistent when done manually. Challenges include ensuring uniform size, preventing sticking, and maintaining efficiency during high-volume production.

Form meatballs and fish balls efficiently

The FMB-60 by ANKO is a versatile solution for automatic production of meat balls and fish balls. By placing meat or fish paste into its hopper, the FMB-60 forms ball-shaped foods without manual intervention. It features a rotary round platform designed to hold a bowl of water that collects the produced balls and prevents them from sticking. With dimensions of 500 (L) x 800 (W) x 1,400 (H) mm and a power requirement of 0.75 kW, this machine can produce up to 300 pieces per minute for 20 mm balls, 200 pieces per minute for 25 mm balls, and 100 pieces per minute for 35 mm balls. The FMB-60 includes three extruding nozzles of standard sizes, ensuring versatility in ball dimensions (18–35 mm unadjustable). Weighing 150 kg (net) and 250 kg (gross), it is suitable for producing a variety of ball-shaped foods from fish, pork, beef, and other paste materials. ANKO’s design ensures efficient operation and minimal downtime, catering to industries dealing with high-volume food production.
