The Qpol XL from QATM is an advanced automatic grinder and polisher designed for high sample throughput with maximum reliability. The robust body and stable polishing head ensure excellent preparation results. The integrated load cell and motorized force control enable defined material removal and process reliability. The intuitive software allows the storage of up to 200 preparation methods and offers professional user management. The working discs are available in 300 mm and 350 mm sizes, driven by powerful motors (2.2 kW for the spindle and 1.1 kW for the polishing head). The modular dosing system includes up to 6 vessels with an optional magnetic stirrer for uniform wetting. Additionally, features like the motorized swiveling dosing arm and automated safety hood enhance usability and safety.
