The system allows the operator to place the initial bag on a drag guide, and the automated process takes over: feeding, filling, cutting, and placing the bags in carton boxes. This system includes an air pre-vacuum before filling and nitrogen injection post-filling to maintain product quality. The stainless steel structure combined with advanced electronic and pneumatic components guarantees maximum reliability and performance. With an integrated touch screen, safety bars, and automatic start-up, the ECOFILL MASTER is also compatible with Cartobol’s ECOPACK MASTERFORM carton erector, ECOPACKHOTMELT carton closer, and SPEED BOX palletizer.
