The POWER ROLL SYSTEM by WP Kemper is designed for automatic and high-capacity dough mixing. The system features up to three POWER MIXERs that discharge dough into a bowl, which is then transferred to a downstream head machine via a bowl tipper. This setup ensures reproducible, high-quality doughs are created quickly and fully automatically. The large base discharge opening shortens cycle times, while the Kemper 3-zone mixing principle guarantees excellent mixing effect and high water absorption, resulting in airy and dry doughs. The entire system is designed with smooth surfaces for easy cleaning, and the process is monitored to ensure high operational safety. With a capacity of up to 6,000 kg of dough per hour, this system is ideal for large-scale baking operations.
