The TIPPER TIE TCV1590 by JBT is an electronically controlled single clipper designed for processing ready-made casing sections across various food applications. Its robust construction ensures longevity, while the short stuffing tube offers a clear view during stuffing, enhancing operational precision. The pneumatic return pump prevents product seepage, maintaining a clean closed casing end during casing changes. Additionally, any excess product is collected by the pump and reused at the start of the next cycle, minimizing waste. The portion size can be controlled either by the clipping pulse from the stuffer or the length stop on the clipper. This clipper is compatible with all conventional stuffers and is suitable for applications including sausage, vegan sausage and ham, tofu, surimi, and processed cheese.
